Q:
error 800ccc0f not virus protection issue
I'm a software developer testing some CDO programs to exchange... I'm new to exchange and setup exch 2003 on a win server 2003. Finally got it working on all machines within the domain. both pop and smtp works fine.

have a vista home machine not capable of logging into domain(home) pop works fine, smtp gives titled error. when this machine uses owa all is fine.

so I think it has to do with the fact that machine not trusted.

in windows mail have the account forcing authentication but no help. not sure what you may need to know to help, but figure it's either in the smtp setup on the server or dns or trusts.

please help and keep it slow remember I'm new to the terms

I thank you all in advance

Is this coming up when sending or receiving email? What’s the text of the error message?
