    You are getting this error because of your ISP or corporate mail administrator and your Outlook has nothing to do with it. ISPs limits: 1. the "amount of recipients for a single email ", 2."amount of emails that you can send in an hour “ 3. and ”amount of emails that you can send in a day “. If you are facing the problem then, contact your ISP to know their exact email policies. To overcome these limitations you can use mail merge. For more info:http://www.msoutlook.info/question/198.
