Do anybody have the idea why ' Eror Notes: Document has been deleted '?

occurs in Lotus Notes.

Are you trying to archive or some thing because this could mean that the profile section of the DB is missing or corrupt….

Try a COMPACT -c -i to deal with this…. or there is an agent that can be created to deal with this,

This kind of issue will come that time when u tried to archive the mails which are in open mode.

More information would be helpful, like what are you doing/trying to do when you get this error. However, if you’re trying to open a message or delete a message (that you think was previously deleted) then the view is corrupted. Best way to fix that is updall -R or nupdall -R if it’s a local replica.

If my memory is correct, if you deleted/moved your signature file, you may see such error message too. Maybe double check that your signature file is inplace.
