This one has me scratching my head. Running a Macbook Pro with Entourage for e-mail. entourage has had several e-mail accounts set up in past. Currently only one account is setup. in the pane where there are the folders on my computer are shown there are 2 areas. local folders with inbox drafts calendar etc. the other area is the e-mail account that is remaining and is an exchange account. with it's own inbox and calendar etc. Here is the problem. When mail is retrieved from the exchange server certain mail items are moved to the local inbox folder. when entourage syncs with exchange since that mail item has moved it is now removed from the server. The exchange server serves mail for more than one domain and this user has usernames with different addresses. Exchange receives mail from all the domains for this user and are delivered to his exchange inbox. Stepping back for a minute if he accesses his mail from the OWA (web Access) all mail is there from all his addresses. As soon as he opens entourage and syncs up mail , just one address is moved to the local inbox and removed from the server. All other mail remains on the server. In entourage there are no rules setup to affect this action. If I click on send /receive it shows the usual send receive all but here are 2 exchange accounts shown in the send receive drop down. the second I believe is remaining from a previous account setup for this user. In the tools accounts area there is only one account shown. Any Ideas on how to clear out this phantom account or is there another reason mail from one address only is moved to the local inbox folder. Any help is welcome thanks Larry
