Enterprise Messenger for Lotus Sametime Error – “Failed to execute your last action”

Hello,
I have blackberry enterprise messenger for Lotus Sametime v2.1.15 installed on my blackberry 8320, and am connected to my organisations BES server. Ever since a recent upgrade of the blackberry servers at my organisation, my colleagues continue to be able to use the enterprise messenger on their blackberrys, yet I get a "Failed to execute your last action" error every time I try to log in. I am able to log in to sametime normallyon my laptop.
The enterprise messenger seems to be logging in to the server at some point during the login process, as I always get logged off my laptop everytime I try to connect using the blackberry, but still get the error message nonetheless.
Any ideas ?
