“Enable message tracking” is not available in Exchange 2003!
Hi all! In my new job I inherited Exchange 2003 server. I noticed that Message tracking was disabled. I decided to enable it, but the check boxes "Enable subject logging and display" and "Enable message tracking" are gray! It seemed to me like permission issue. But I belong to Exchange Full Admin role. I even delegated control directly to my account via Delegation Wizard and also added my account that is Domain Admin to the local Administrators group. I restarted the Exchange Management Service after that: no luck. I installed Exchange Admin tools on my desktop and tried the same: no luck. Any ideas and suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! Bubba
