		<description><![CDATA[thanks for your suggestion anyway.i have a few users here having a lot of strange cases related to explorer problem which really put me in doubts.Like one of the current user having this iexplorer.exe error whenever she close the browser of IE6.I also tried out the neccessary cleanup and refresh the settings but no use.Pls help as i can&#039;t simply reformat for every user having explorer errors problems.

we have done the necessary cleanup of history, caches and play around withe the security settings but no use. The user is using IE 6.Do u suggest to try run anti-malware ?user will not except used another browser as this user is VIP.]]></description>
