I would say that it seems your user's system is having trouble associating HTML files but is it only happening for this one website? Have the user clear the browser's cache. If that doesn't work, try another browser such as Firefox to see if that works. Is there current anti-malware software running on the computer?

It definitely sounds like you need to make sure your anti-virus and anti-spyware software are current and also run some other tools that you don’t already have installed. This article I wrote has some links to several options for you.

Also, whether your user likes it or not, trying another web browser is still a good way to troubleshoot this problem. Does the user get the error when he tries to load a separate page on http://www.lenovo.com? I’d try that as well.
