Emulation software for MACs that allow the signon screen to be bypassed

Are there any emulation products for the MAC that allow the option to by-pass the signon screen, much like the iSeries Access product allows? Our company will be implementing sign on displays that don't have any input fields, therefor the only way to sign on is from the emulation program specifying bypass signon. The MAC emulation software needs to function just like the iSeries Access PC5250 emulator.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

The open source TN5250 emulator implements “bypass signon” (at least, it did for me when testing on Windows), and it is available for Mac OS X.

There is a unix version (BSD) but not a mac version (darwin). Still looking for an emulation product that will work on a mac.

...but not a mac version (darwin). That might be true, however I see a variety of comments around the internet from people claiming to be using it. For example, from back in 2001 -- [LINUX5250] Just a thank you note. That thread might or might not be helpful by itself. I have no Mac available, so I went by claims from others. Perhaps a comment dropped at the SourceForge project site would bring some clarification. Tom
