		<description>I  think you may not have your exchange set up properly. You really should not have hav pst files when you use exchange. Exchange should contain your mail box and if you enable use cached Exchange mode, you will have a OST file. 

I did not follow exactly what was done when you said your managers PST file was moved to the server. The PST file should not exist. Once the exchange is properly setup and running, (sending and receivig bot external and internal email) you would setup Outlook to connect to the Exchange.using an Exhange connector and not POP3. Once you have the email setup, you would IMPORT his PST file which would place his old email in to Exchange.

If you can give more details on what acturally was done, we can give more assistance.
