Emails sent but not received
When emailing pdf files through a website outlook is sending the message but customers not receiving, is this an issue with the website or outlook or spam settings?

The PDF files may be too large. Try sending smaller files or compressing them.

It could also be spam as you suggest. Check the server logs on both sides to see if there are any handling errors or messages about the transactions. Be sure the receiving company has added you to their whitelist or permit list.
