    Check if you have a SPAM filter and/or rules so that your mail is automatically going in to different folders when the mail is received.

    You can do following things : Check your Outlook for any Rule or Filter. Check Junk Mail Folder Check your Anti-virus software Search for messages which you have received today If nothing helps then contact your ISP administrator Regards Maria

    With online search, I have found out several remedies for the problem. Check out if these works: 1. Clear your cache and restart your system. 2. Click View>Current View and make sure "Show all messages" checkbox is selected. 3. Check your Outlook rules to ensure that you haven't applied any filter or the message aren't being moved to some folder other than Inbox. 4. Compact your Outlook data, it might help you. 5. There might be some problems with your hard disk, so run a disk check and check if the problem still persists.
