I have a user in my office who, when forwarding an email from Outlook 2003, may or may not, see the forwarded email in his "Sent Items" folder, even though he has confirmation that the message was sent and received. I've checked settings, but, cannot find anywhere where there may be a rule or command to fix this issue. I tried three test messages and 1 out of 3 sent messages actually showed up in the folder, although all 3 went through. Can anyone assist?
