Hi;
first of all check the mailbox status on Excahange and group u’ve putted that user if everything is OK then try to get the delivery into that user’s personal folder (PST) if same problem occured,then definatly the problem is from user’s mail profile side & u should recheck if any rules are effecting unknowingly If not than u might be sure that no rules are effecting his profile,try it and reply.
