Subform
Hi All, I am using Lotus R5. I have form that has button called "Send" which send email to the users. This button populated all required fileds including "SendTo", "CopyTo" etc in this form. I also have body field in this form. In body, I want to see other subform and this way I want to send mail which has body as other subform. I do not want use this subform as an attachment but wants to see it in body area. How can I assign body area as a subform? Please help.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

can anybody please provide guideline on this.

***THOUGHTS***
If the subform is not a part of the Mail template/file of the receiving user, it will not appear. In order to do this you have to build the form in the “generating database” (I assume its an app not your mail file), with the subform on it along with everything else. Then with the send operation (if Lotus Script anyway), use TRUE for the first argument:

Call doc.send(True)

This will embed the form, just as it is, when it sends it.
