We have message caps of 10MB at our company, and I imagine most others do as well. Are you receiving some 500 message from the mail server, or some other response saying the recipient mailbox is limited or full? ZIPping a PDF file won't yield much savings off the 20MB, but there are utilities that can slice up a file into smaller parts, to be reassembled on the other end. This is usually too tedious for us so we resort to FTP for large files. If you can setup a legal address, you can try a freeware FTP server such as WarFTP or BRSWebweaver.

We have 20 Mg mailboxes but when you email a 20 Mg file the actual email is even bigger so we would not be able to accept either. I agree that some kind of FTP or website retrieval would be a better way to distribute.
