 Email with pdf not received
Delivery failure, Email Attachment Size, Email attachments, Email Delivery
I havent received two emails from different sources both having pdf atachments the senders have had no notice of a problem. where are these emails and why do I have a problem. any jpg or media attachment is received no problem

the sender using virgen media isp mail account
I am using BT isp mail account
If an email has a pdf attachment I dont receive it and the sender does not get a negative

You are using web-based email only then? Is the sender able to get PDF attachments through to other email addresses? Are you able to receive PDF attachments from any other sender? These facts could help pin down the problem.

I would call your ISP and ask if pdfs are being blocked by their mail servers. They can help you find out where the problem lies.
