Exchange will see this as a relay attempt and block it, unless you have configured it to accept the iSeries IP address.

I can route to text on a cell as it fits a normal address format : 5556667777@text.carrier.com
Normally, I’m using ASC’s ESEND app.
I tried the SNDDST as you mentioned.

SNDDST TYPE(*LMSG) TOINTNET([FAX:15556667777])) DSTD(‘test fax’) MSG(‘t
est fax msg’) LONGMSG(‘test for fax lmsg’)

An Internet Address was specified in the TOINTNET parameter but there is
no route SMTP gateway.

My messages normall route to the exchange server, not direct to the internet. I”l dig into this a bit more to see if it should use the existing routing to the exhange server.
