I found the answer to my problem. It was delegates, but it was delagates that were deleted sometime in the past so they were no longer showing up in the delegates list. To fix the problem, I downloaded MDBVU32.exe and followed the instructions here. Worked like a charm! Thanks for all your help…
Check the delegates list next. Is it all email that gets forwarded or just meeting requests? Also did you check the AD profile exchange general tab delivery options to see if forwarding is set up there.. If nothing is there check their profile for rules.
There could also be a rule in the user’s profile that is making this happen.
