Email remove from OAB
Dear Expert,
Software/Hardware used:
Exchange 2010. HP prolaint G8
Everything was working fine for me. One bad day I have removed my GM email account and created new email account after 2 days. The problem I'm facing is the user sending mail from cache mode can't send him email. User send email from web Outlook have no problem.
What I think in cache mode when user send email its going to old email address and id is taking from offline address book. Now I want to remove that email id from offline address book so my user can send email in cache mode.
Please help me urgently how to remove a email from OAB.
I am using Exchange 2010 currently.
