Answer Wiki:
First, there is no Exchange 2005, so you are going to need to give us the correct version, either Exchange 2000, 2003, or 2007. Second, is this true for all NEW users or all users en total which have been added? Are there users on this exchange server for whom receiving email is working from the "outside world". I'm sorry. I am running WIndows 2003 SBS with MSExchange 2003 and just applied SP2. I just took over this server, so I'm getting up to speed. All of the new users I've created are not able to recieve email from "the outside world", but all previous users/emails can. Thanks for your help.

What procedures are you using to add new users? Are you experienced in Microsoft server administration like server 2003? Are you familiar with SBS at all? If you have little to no experience in the SBS field, I highly recommend Harry Brelsford’s books like Advanced Windows Small Business Server 2003 Best Practices. GIve us more information and I will help as much as posible.
