If that is the entire email, it didn't say very much...

To troubleshoot this issue, do the following:
1. Enable Message tracking
 a. In Exchange System Manager, navigate to your server
 b. Right click on the server and click on Properties
 c. In the general tab, check Enable Message Tracking.
2. Send a test email
3. In Exchange System Manager, go to Tools -> Message Tracking Center
4. Search for the email by putting in the sender/recipient information
5. Check the message history to see what happened to the email, and post it in the discussion section if you don't understand it.

Is this happening for a single user in map-cc.com or for the entire email domain?
