My Exchange 2003 email accounts are set up when the user account is used to create an account in Active Directory. It creates account for each user at insulcomp.com, map-cc.com, tsi.com and so forth. Recently the
user@map-cc.com stop working from outside the company, it works inside though. I get an undeliverable message from outside the company. Does anyone know where to start?

What is the undeliverable email error message? These are very helpful in figuring out what went wrong.
Here is the message:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed. rpeloquin@map-cc.com
I’m not sure what the message means though.
If that is the entire email, it didn’t say very much…
To troubleshoot this issue, do the following:
1. Enable Message tracking
a. In Exchange System Manager, navigate to your server
b. Right click on the server and click on Properties
c. In the general tab, check Enable Message Tracking.
2. Send a test email
3. In Exchange System Manager, go to Tools -> Message Tracking Center
4. Search for the email by putting in the sender/recipient information
5. Check the message history to see what happened to the email, and post it in the discussion section if you don’t understand it.
Is this happening for a single user in map-cc.com or for the entire email domain?
