Email migration and Blackberry

Company A.com and Company B.com are connected via ADC connector (a.com has been AD migrated to b.com except for mail and blackberry server and misc.)

Mail is moving from Exchange server on A.com to B.com, BES Server resides on A.com. Test mailboxes moved OK but BB users do not get mail, in BES admin error"unable to access mailbox for this user"...user points to new server but bes cannot seem to readaccess the moves users inbox. The permissions seem to be ok.

Is it possible to have 1 bes server on one domain servicing 2 exchange servers, one on it's own domain and one on another, the domains are connected via ADC Connector. This is short term but is it possible?

The bes can be connected to a lot of domains, but in the same forest. The things you must see are the permissions for the bes' service account to the exchange that host the mailboxes you wanted to activate.
