the person is recieving her email onto her phone via Exchange server. She has been complaining that she is recieving the same mail multiple times over a period of 2 days. Any help?

Probably this happens for traffic jam on a pop3. To overcome the issue, try to run exbpa to scan the entire system to search the actual cause. Meanwhile, please enable SMTP log to see more info. If it will not work then may be the cause behind if u r using 2 email adds with the same pop3 as incoming / same smtp as outgoing server. If it then disable the non-favorite one.
