Outlook 2007 distribution list
Hi I have an outlook 2007 inbox with over 2000 emails and I would like to create a distribution list from these emails. These emails are not saved as contacts. Is there an easy way to do this rather than save each as a contact and add them individually to a new distribution list? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do not think it can be done.

You could have a colleague with this distribution list or series of contacts send you a .pst with them. Then you could import this into your Outlook

You may not be able to send a .pst over your email. It would be easy to use a thumb drive or just rename the extension, send, then change back for import.

Otherwise, I think the easiest and arguably second most painful way would be to go through individually, right-click, and Add to Outlook Contacts (or just right click and hit ‘N’).

If you have the addresses in a spreadsheet:

Good luck.
