Q:
Email Forwarding in Lotus Notes 7
is there a way to forward email to an non-Notes email account and retain a copy of the email? The forwarding address feature in the address book does not retain a copy of the email (Version 7). We need to forward email to a customers email system for some users but still retain a copy of the email that was forwarded. Any way to do this w/o setting a mail rule in the client?

Software/Hardware used:
Lotus Notes Version 7.0.2

Dont forward it !!!!
All what you have to do is to create a " Mail Rule" in the mailbox of the user

You can set up server rules.

Why don’t you just copy yourself on the e-mail? You’d have a copy of the sent one.

Hope this helps!

Or you could set up Journalling for this domain etc.
