Email Forwarding Permissions Error

Forwarding permissions, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Outlook 2003

I have several users that when trying to forward an email from an external
site are presented with an error message. "You do not have sufficient rights
to perform this action on this object. Contact your Admistrator". The
problem only seems to be present when forwarding on messages from an external
site WITH attachments. Emails without attachments comming from the same
external site are able to be forwarded without issue. I am aware of a PGP
server that we are using for encrytion between the two companies. We are
running windows server 2003 in native mode with XP clients (outlook 2003).
Thanks in advance for your time.

Hi Nate - what version of Exchange are you running?

Is that the exact error message your'e getting, or a paraphrase?

Any NDRs? If you're getting 5.7.1s and using a PIX, see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/295725

Otherwise write back pls with more details.
