 Email for iSeries
Hi, we send email from iSeries and it is working fine. We have two iSeries, one for development, one for production. But one Lotus notes server. When we send email from iSeries development, we do not want to sent email to real customer but we want to keep the ability to send email to our Lotus notes server for testing. Is it possible to restrict the SMTP server to some email address like developper1@mycompany.com, developper2@mycompany.com,... Thank in advance for your help.

Answer Wiki:
Try looking unde the outbound sender controls. Configuration, message settings, outbound controls. You can enter the individuals that are not allowed to send email to the internet. This may work if your list is not too long. Be careful and test. These settings are confusing at times. You might be able to set up a rule to not deliver the message as well.

Thank for your answer.

I am trying to control email sending by the iSeries by address TO.
I saw there is a SMTP filter on the iSeries to control the Email originator, but nothing for the email address TO?

Thanks

Sonia
