		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve had similar issues and the virus/spam software on the Exchanger server turned out to be the culprit.  Have you tried to do any message tracking?  What about errors in Event Viewer that occur around the time the message should be delivered?]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I know how to mail enable a public folder and have read all the tech docs I could find to be sure I did know what I was doing.  The problem is that all external email does not get delivered to the email address that is enabled on this Public Folder.  NDRs are returned to the senders after the 2 days that I have configured in MS Exchange.  I have found that all of these emails are sitting in the Local Delivery mail queue on the FrontEnd MS Exchange server and are never getting delivered to the BackEnd MS Exchange Server.]]></description>
