email attachments sent from the as/400 either via SPOOLFLEX or the SNDDST command to a mobile device (a T-Mobile phone) arrive with carats (<>) around the file name. (i.e. <test.txt> instead of test.txt) As a result the mobile device cannot open the attachments..PDF's, txt etc. etc. Is this a SNDDST/Iseries issue or is it a mobile device issue? The emails go through an exchange server but can be viewed normally on a PC. In OUTLOOK they do NOT have the carats around the name. ANY IDEAS???
