There are plenty of products that do this.
Simply bing "Email Archiving Software" or "Email Archival Software" and browse. Each company has a different product, and you should search those out for what you think is best.
I have no personal preference for email archival software.

You can definitely search via google or bing. You will see plenty of players from established companies like Symantec's Evault (great product) and niche players like Mimosa.
