Email adresses in Public Folders in Outlook 2000

Exchange, Public folders, Outlook 2000, Exchange 2003, Outlook

Dear Sir,
Maybe you can help me regarding the following problem.
I want to use Public Folders to publish few departamental email like office@domain.ro, sales@domain.ro, etc. In Public folders the folder Office is divided in two folders (Received and Sent)In order to send emails to other adresses outside the company the user shoud use the From field from his email client (Outlook XP). In the From field he has to write the email adress of his department and all the emails sent from Office@domain.ro will be published automatically in Public Folders\Office\Sent. All this steps has to be done using his profile, without OWA. I`m using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2000/XP.
