 emachine T3304 LCD monitor displays no signal

lcd monitor no signal right afterstart up and then goes straight to sleep i had it runing perfect as can be. note: tried new screan still no signal,unpluged it took all  memeory out took cards out. im thinking maybe try a video card. THANK YOU

emachine T3304amd sempron 100gb processor ata hard drive,256mb ddr-ram,VIDEO-nVIDIA, all new up grades windows xp
