What is the highest level of EMF that a CAT5E can handle before you see start seeing problems with packet

The only data I can scratch up says that 18 v/m had no effect on packets and some people say they ran it close to a 240v power line and had no issues so I do not know the exact theoretical limit until you start getting EMI
