what happens if a transaction file arrives at the wrong destination? And will the payer trll you what is wrong with your transmission?

Presumeably the payer would not have your partner details on their system and the transaction would fail. If they were one of your partners then I would suggest that the payment would fail again at the invoice matching stage.
