ECC 5.0 Upgrade - Errors in IDOC processing

We are upgrading and have created a test box. I am getting errors for some of ou PO processing IDOCs. After some more research, it appears to me that the config is not set up the same in both boxes. I am not a config person but am responsible for this and no other config person to consult on site.
Pleae help.
Here's what I think. In our quality box the IDOC processes with status 52 stating MILSTRIP Purchase Order created under number 4500...
In the test box (ECC 5.0) the status 52 states that Creation of PO using Enjoy BAPI unsuccessful. Further status 52 comments are that our custom FM was called Z..... and then last status 51 states MILS IDOC unsuccessfully processed. Seems to me that the
system is calling the wrong BAPI in the beginning of the process but I do not know how to fix this or check for this. Everything I know to compare between systems in the IMG is identical.
Any suggestions as to where to look next?

INBOUND idocs get aimed at Function modules through ALE config (see transaction WE20). Based upon the values in the IDOC and the message type, the inbound idoc is attached to a process code, which dictates which Function Module is executed. You can see all this within WE20.
