Hey guys just a quick question about login scripts. I have a share that requires you putting in a username and pw so with a login script how would i finish it NET USE P: gx200-2lshare Then what? this will connect the drive but when you double click it asks for a username/pw. Anyone know the script to put in the username and pw automatically?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

At the command prompt type net use /? it will list the syntax (this also applies to any net command)

Net Use [devicename \serversharename /user:domainusername password /persistent:yes|no

refer to help for the 3 different way to express username.

Batch files are whack - use VBScript. Dim onet onet = createobject("Wscript.network") onet.mapnetworkdrive "P:", "servershare",false,"username","password"
