easy crm software
Located in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, I am setting up a company that provides short, practical business courses. I am currently writing a CRM course, and got stuck when it comes to the software...
I can't find CRM-software that:
- has build-in queries that provide market segmentation, trends and other figures with the click of a button;
- has a data-base that allows to imput the results for surveys and merges these results with other customer data; and
- can import data from a wide range of registrers?
