eSalary payment for employees
I want to implement a electronic salary payment for a company that decides to pay the salary/wages of its workers electronically. How do I go about this? Is there any software that I can use? And would that be in conjunction with a bank service?

You should talk to the company's bank. They should have some services available for you. You can also look into payroll solutions from companies like ADP or Ceridian.
Quicken has tools to do this. As does Peachtree. you can get them fairly inexpensive or free after rebates @ Staples and the like and give them a whirl.
