I've looked around for an answer for this, but have found nothing. In access you can set up notifications for DB failures, but not DB changes. If there is a third party tool for this I have not found that either. Perhaps someone else knows of one? Good luck to you.

I did some research on this. There are a couple of articles out there on making this a part of the form that people would be using when updating the database – but the overwhelming majority of answers seem to point to using SQL Server instead of Access to have access to ‘triggers’ – which seems to be what you’re looking to do.
