I'm not sure if this is an Exchange of Blackberry Server issue but I have a user that if he gets e-mails that are not inter-company the e-mail only forwards to his blackberry if he has outlook open. If the -emails are inter-company the e-mails get forwarded to the blackberry without outlook being open. We have Blackberry Professional Server 4.1 and Exchange 2003. The exchange server is serving 2 e-mail domains and the user having an issue is in Canada while the servers are in the US.

Hi Raj. Thanks for the reply. What I mean by non-company email is anyone outside of our domain sbnavitas.com. I don’t have any POP3 setups forwarding to the users bbery. The domain is with godaddy forwarding to our exchange server where bes forwards it to the user. The user in question logs onto to the domain via VPN and cheks mail with outlook. When outlook downloads his mail is when his bberry receives his non sbnavitas mail. He is using Outlook 2007 and is located in Canada whereas the server is located in the US. The user is on a different domain than all of the other users. The main domain is sbisteel.com This particular user is on the domain sbnavitas.com which is being served by the same exchange server as sbisteel.com
