One user in our organization is receiving the same mail twice

One user in our organization is receiving the same mail twice. What that means is if i send a mail to him he receive it one time and after 5-10 seconds he receives it again. What may be the cause?

    Check out the Message Tracking tool. Fill in the Exchange server and the recipient. See where the e-mail is coming from. It could be tons of stuff, from rules, vacation reminders sharing etc. Groups sound reasonable too. Is it the only affected user?
