One user in our organisation is recieving the same mail twice.means if i send a mail to him he recieve it one time and after 5-10 seconds he recive it again

One user in our organisation is recieving the same mail twice.means if i send a mail to him he recieve it one time and after 5-10 seconds he recive it again.what may be the cause?

check that user may be assign to other group in your organisation.

Check out the Message Tracking tool. Fill in the Exchange server and the recipient. See where the e-mail is coming from. It could be tons of stuff, from rules, vacation reminders sharing etc. Groups sound reasonable too. Is it the only affected user?
