I know you could do it in Exchange 5.5 and they removed the ability in exchange 2000. You can try to find a script on line that will do it or you will need 3rd party software

Another solution is http://www.exclaimer.co.uk/

It is great for exclaimers, archiving, monitoring... etc etc very easy to install, configure and maintain.

Hope this helps

It depends on the mail client you are using but most modern mail client software allows the additon of a disclaimer or footer as an option/customisation feature in the software config (i.e. no scripting or programming required). e.g. In MS Outlook
Hope this helps
regards

I also use GFI Mail Essentials for my Exchange Server. Aside from setting up disclaimers and anti-spam, you can also configure mail monitoring, archiving and reporting.

If you're using Outlook Express, click on Tools->Options->Signature (tab).

Create a signature, put in what you want, and then make sure you click on "attach to all messages tickbox at the top.
