I use GFI Mail Essentials. Works very well and also has SPAM filtering.

If you’re using Outlook Express, click on Tools->Options->Signature (tab).

Create a signature, put in what you want, and then make sure you click on “attach to all messages tickbox at the top.

I also use GFI Mail Essentials for my Exchange Server. Aside from setting up disclaimers and anti-spam, you can also configure mail monitoring, archiving and reporting.

It depends on the mail client you are using but most modern mail client software allows the additon of a disclaimer or footer as an option/customisation feature in the software config (i.e. no scripting or programming required). e.g. In MS Outlook
Hope this helps

Another solution is <a href="http://www.exclaimer.co.uk/" title="http://www.exclaimer.co.uk/" target="_blank">http://www.exclaimer.co.uk/</a>

It is great for exclaimers, archiving, monitoring… etc etc very easy to install, configure and maintain.

Hope this helps

Thanks

I know you could do it in Exchange 5.5 and they removed the ability in exchange 2000. You can try to find a script on line that will do it or you will need 3rd party software
