How do I add an e-mail disclaimer to all outgoing e-mails ? I saw in Internet, using VBScript but I'm not programmer and I have undesrtand this. Please, give other option. Thanks

I use GFI Mail Essentials. Works very well and also has SPAM filtering.

    If you're using Outlook Express, click on Tools->Options->Signature (tab). Create a signature, put in what you want, and then make sure you click on "attach to all messages tickbox at the top. B.

    I also use GFI Mail Essentials for my Exchange Server. Aside from setting up disclaimers and anti-spam, you can also configure mail monitoring, archiving and reporting.

    It depends on the mail client you are using but most modern mail client software allows the additon of a disclaimer or footer as an option/customisation feature in the software config (i.e. no scripting or programming required). e.g. In MS Outlook Hope this helps regards Paul

    Another solution is http://www.exclaimer.co.uk/ It is great for exclaimers, archiving, monitoring... etc etc very easy to install, configure and maintain. Hope this helps Thanks Steven Mahaffey

    I know you could do it in Exchange 5.5 and they removed the ability in exchange 2000. You can try to find a script on line that will do it or you will need 3rd party software
