    The link is good but a simple way to remember it is: RANDOM = Reading w/invalid key (only single record) and not reading seq DYNAMIC = Reading seq. (from start of file) or using START/READ NEXT (start anywhere within the file and continue seq and restart anywhere else after seq read)
