duplicate workitems for a single task triggered stand alone by event CREATED of BUS1001
In the agents inbox I see 4 workitems(duplicates) correponding to the this task.
I have checked the transcation SWELS-there is only this single task that is being triggerd.
I have also checked the report SWi2_freq - it shows 4 woritems against this task(each haveing a unique workitem ID) and when i see the details.For one of these it shows agents as the correct person but for all others(rest 3) it shows no agent available.
Please guide.
