getting " Duplicate public name docupdate in use module mashup" error message. Pls let me know how to resolve. Lotus notes version 8.5

Hi, Open the Document for you are trying the Action, You will find "Help Document", Click on that. You will get list of Dates under LAST MODIFIED. Double Click on nearest date when Doc was working fine. It'll Open New Page with the Button "Replace Database Design" Click on that, let the Process done, Restart your Notes. you are ready to go. Please inform me if works in your case.

Excellent answer, it worked for me. The “help document” was on the left hand pane.

This error can also be caused by caching problems or by wrong lotus script compiling.

Resolve:
Go to Tools->Recompile All LotusScript in the designer on the template or database.
Replace the design if it was a template.
Quit Notes or at least close database and do a F5 and relogin in.
OR
Close Notes and try deleting the CACHE.NDK in the Notes Data directory and restart Notes.

If nothing works, go for Lotus Notes Recovery tools.
