Duplicate emails in Outlook 2003 w/ Exchange Server 2003

I have exchange 2003, when someone sends an email to a distribution group 3 particular users are getting duplicate emails, 2 of them are using outlook 2007 the other one outlook 2003, in the users owa the email remains until they delete it the duplicate emails stop in utlook, what colud be the reason or how can i fix it?
