we r using ms-oulook 2003 but iam getting a problem , particular user is getting duplicate mails from a particular user what would be the reason ??? plz give me solutions

How are they checking their email? Pop3, Imap? The recipient might have a corrupt mailbox. If possible delete and recreate. If it is not possible we will need to troubleshoot the account. Get back to us with how the user connects, any errors in the log files and if this was always happening or it started occurring after another change. Do the messages show duplicate in OWA? Are you using exchange?
